About
Puffy was born in 2023 from the idea of creating cookies true to the New York spirit: thick, soft, and comforting.
They’re made fresh every day, on-site, using carefully selected ingredients: artisan flour from Moulins Chaudé in Versailles, chocolate chosen for its balanced flavours, slowly roasted Piedmont hazelnuts, and organic matcha from Japan.
At Puffy, cookies take centre stage. And to go with them, we also serve a selection of hot and iced coffees, made with care using beans roasted in Paris.
